All orders are processed and shipped from our facility. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email containing carrier-issued tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped, and another email will be sent once your order has been delivered, as marked by the carrier.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: 7–14 working days. Free on all orders over $240. Shipping fees apply to orders under $240.
Express Shipping: 3–5 working days. Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to high-volume periods, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or severe weather conditions.
International Orders
PIECES OF A DREAM ships worldwide. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping and address information is entered correctly at checkout.
All international orders shipped using Standard Shipping are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means PIECES OF A DREAM has covered any duties. All international orders shipped using Express Shipping are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means PIECES OF A DREAM does not cover any import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are fully responsible for paying any such fees required to complete delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in delivery delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment, for which PIECES OF A DREAM is not responsible and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed. If your order is returned to us due to incomplete address information, the cost of the new shipment is at the expense of the customer.
Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
For both domestic and international orders, all sales are final and lost or stolen packages are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped and the carrier’s tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer and we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for missing packages. PIECES OF A DREAM is not liable for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
Customers acknowledge and agree that carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery for dispute and chargeback purposes.
If there is an issue, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and/or file a claim. While PIECES OF A DREAM is not responsible for these occurrences, we may, at our discretion, assist by providing supporting documentation. Please contact sales@piecesofadreamclo.com for assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order:
For items purchased at full retail price, return or size exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier-issued tracking.
To initiate a request, email sales@piecesofadreamclo.com with:
- Your order number in the subject line
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- A clear explanation of your request
Once approved, items must be returned in “as-new” condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, ALTERATION, ODOUR, OR DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN THE RETURN BEING REFUSED AND THE ITEM RETURNED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER.
PIECES OF A DREAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS OR IF THE ISSUE IS DETERMINED TO BE THE RESULT OF IMPROPER USE, HANDLING, OR CARE.
Store Credit
Store credit equal to the value paid for the returned item(s) (excluding shipping fees, duties, taxes, and original payment processing costs) will be issued once the return has been received and inspected. No cash refunds, card refunds, or partial refunds are offered under any circumstance.
Promotional & Sale Items
All items purchased during promotional periods — including but not limited to seasonal sales, limited-time offers, or any marked-down items — are final sale and non-refundable.
Orders placed during these promotional periods are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the case you suspect something is wrong with your purchase. In this case, you must contact sales@piecesofadreamclo.com within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review.
Return Shipping

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By completing a purchase on the PIECES OF A DREAM website, customers acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes that violate this policy may be contested with proof of delivery, carrier tracking confirmation, order confirmation records, and this published policy.
Chargebacks submitted for items marked as delivered, failure to pay customs duties, missed return timeframes, or final sale items may be considered fraudulent disputes and may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.

Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit?
Our garments are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette. This is intentional and central to the PIECES OF A DREAM aesthetic. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements to help you find the right fit. We recommend checking the guide before ordering, as sizing may vary slightly between garment types.
Should I size up or down?
Our pieces are cut with a relaxed, oversized fit as standard. Most customers order their usual size for the intended silhouette. If you prefer a slimmer fit, consider sizing down.
What if my item doesn’t fit?

How do product launches work?
PIECES OF A DREAM releases collections on a seasonal basis, with occasional bridge collections throughout the year. New drops are announced via our Instagram (@piecesofadream__) and email list. Sign up to be the first to know.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items may return in future collections, while others are produced as limited releases. We recommend signing up to our email list for updates on upcoming drops and restocks.
Why do some sizes sell out quickly?
We produce in carefully planned, limited runs. As a result, certain sizes may sell out. Signing up to our mailing list ensures you are among the first to hear about new releases.
How can I stay updated on new releases?
Follow us on Instagram (@piecesofadream__) and sign up to our mailing list via our website. Email subscribers receive early access and notifications ahead of each drop.
Discount Codes
Do you offer a first-time buyer discount?
Yes. Sign up to our mailing list and receive 10% off your first order. The code will be sent to your email upon signup.
Why didn’t my discount code work?
Some codes are subject to specific terms, such as eligibility for certain products or timeframes. Discount codes cannot be combined — only one code can be applied per order. If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact us at sales@piecesofadreamclo.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I use more than one discount code per order?
